How do we get started?
Book a walkthrough with our founder. We’ll work through a representative request, check your shop rates and decide together whether guided access makes sense. No subscription is required to book.
Are there user limits or quote limits?
The plan covers every user in your shop and every quote request. There are no seat charges, additional tiers or usage add-ons.
How does the founding-shop price work?
The first 10 paying shops keep $399 USD a month for life, with the same features as the standard plan. We’ll confirm availability during your walkthrough.
Does it include estimates from CAD?
Yes. Where supported geometry is available, you can request an optional estimate using the part and your shop rates. Assumptions are listed, and nothing is applied until you choose it. You review the inputs and approve the final price.
What happens when guided access ends?
We agree on the evaluation period together. There is no quote counter or automatic charge. When access ends, your workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe or arrange an extension.
What if a payment fails?
You have 7 days of full access with a warning banner before the workspace becomes read-only. Your data is not deleted.
Can I cancel and take my data with me?
The subscription is month to month. Export your records, requests, quotes and outcomes, along with a list of attachments. Canceling makes the workspace read-only and stops intake; deleting the shop is a separate action.
